Today’s review of the day is from Viewpoints member edenoaks - “This was my first real experience at on-line business. It hardly compares to buying a bluetooth headseat at amazon.com! Great organization. Team members that can sub for each other and be effecttive. You are comfortable talking with any of them. Everyone was courteous and pleasant to speak with. The on-line updates and access to downloadable documents was painless and almost fun! I will recommend Quicken to anyone I know.”

Today’s review of the day is from FiLife member Bill – “Quicken loans offers the best “turn key” product. A phone call and a few emails later and you have your loan. Yes, it is worth it to refinance, considering the reasonable fees, good interest rates and the ease of working with Quicken. This is my third or fourth loan with them over the years and they have always been the best.”

Pat Connelly and Megan Griffin were very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. It took less than 30 days from start to finish to refinance. They even come to your house to do the closing. I would recommend Quicken Loans to everyone!!

Today’s review of the day is from Viewpoints member Hopeisrewarding – “From day one in August of 2009 that I went to Quicken for a loan, their staff and Representatives bent over backwards to make it happen. What this team did to get us our house and the closing on time was remarkable. I commend Quicken Loans and their team.
Once again in 2010 through unseen circumstances it became necessary to refinance my loan. Not knowing what step to take, It just so happened that I received a courtesy call from my Representative “Gerard Lemionet” about my first loan inquiring how everything was going. The timing could not have been better. I explained the situation to him and he immediately got the ball rolling. He worked very close with me and his help was very gratifing. There was no question to small or unimportant that he wasn’t willing to help. He is a people person. He cares and puts all his efforts forward for the customer. He is truly an asset to his company. I know now that my refinancing will go on smoothly. My peace of mind on this loan transaction has been a very valuable experience and I will highly recommend Quicken Loans and Gerard every chance I get.”

Today’s review of the day is from Viewpoints member upst8sc41 – “We were looking to refinance to a lower rate and wanted to do a 15 yr fixed term. Our loan representatives at Quicken made the process very easy. What we liked the most was being able to scan in all the documents they needed and upload them to their secure site. Also being able to sign things electronically during the application process just saved time. And we were updated every step of the way. Once we were ready to close, they set it up and had the closing agent come to our house on our schedule to sign the closing documents. It was a great, streamlined process and I highly recommend them.”

Today’s review of the day is from Viewpoints member Hedge – “I have been through the entire process with Quicken Loans twice in the past two years, and am absolutely convinced this is by far the fastest and most efficient method of conducting a refinance.

Communication via e-mail and secure uploads and downloads for the transfer of documents was flawless. The level of professionalism demonstrated by Thomas Fain and his team was top notch, and I feel they worked really hard on my behalf to close a loan that I honestly didn’t believe would be a simple slam-dunk.

I now realize that it is possible to develop the kind of relationship and trust with a mortgage banker from halfway across the country just like someone you know and trust from halfway across town.”

Today’s review of the day is from Viewpoints member Bpalant - “When I first called Chase about refinancing my loan, I was a little skeptical when they recommended talking to Quicken Loans. However, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to give it a try.

My loan specialist, Sandra Hanna, was wonderful. She went through the entire process with me, explained anything I didn’t understand often multiple times, was patient, professional and courteous. We discussed several options surrounding terms, rates, etc and, together, chose the one that was right for me.

In 1.5 hours, I applied to refinance my loan and locked in a terrific rate.

I closed on my loan in approximately two weeks after starting the process. I closed it in the comfort of my own home and it took literally minutes to sign all of the documents.

I am delighted with Quicken Loans. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to all of my friends and family.”

Today’s review of the day is from Viewpoints member ggalexander – “I was very pleased with my experience with Quicken Loans. They contacted me to participate in a program offered by National City Mortgage (my lender at the time). I spoke with Ryan Stupakis and he informed me of what I was being offered. We discussed my personal loan status and the fact that I was currently refinancing thru another lender. He was able to determine that refinancing thru the National City program thru Quicken I could save substantially on closing costs. It took him awhile to convince me because I was ready to close with the other lender. However, at no time was he rude or pushy. He was persistent in making me think about what would be best for me. After the initial call where I decided to refinance thru Quicken Ryan was available every time I called or emailed him.

After my initial contact with Ryan, Charlene Sanders kept the ball rolling with all paper trail. Getting all the forms for me to sign and keeping me on track to what I needed to do.

I have to say that financing my home thru Quicken Loans was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a mortgage company. The electronic signage of forms is fantastic. Also I could sign in 24/7 and see status on things.

Closing was just as pleasant. The closing agent came to the house and we set in my living room and signed papers, what a deal. All funds transferred and were in account within a few days…”
