Today’s review of the day is from FiLife member bjpogi - “This was a great experience going with quicken loans. it was so easy to fill out everything online, and not having to work with a lot of stacks of paper. the coolest thing about the process was closing. they send you a package the day before closing, so that you can review it, and it makes the whole process in signing the next day so easy, and also the closing agent comes to your house or anywhere else that is convenient for you. so easy. i would go with Quicken again in a heartbeat!!!”

Today’s review of the day is from FiLife member bob – “This was a great experience. I was amazed at how smoothly the process went, from the initial application taken over the phone, to the closing at our own kitchen table. Everyone we dealt from Quicken Loans was courteous and helpful.

One thing that was especially refreshing was Quicken’s willingness to accommodate a personal preference of ours — we acknowledge statements and signatures by simple affirmation, instead of by swearing an oath. Quicken requested a written explanation for this to include in the file, which we gladly furnished, and several modifications to and initialings of the documents were required at closing. (Another closing many years ago fell through due to that lender’s rigid refusal to accommodate that stand, so I was a little surprised when it went through this time without a hitch.) Thanks, Joe Benson and all the Quicken Loans team!”

Today’s review of the day is from Viewpoints member Hopeisrewarding – “From day one in August of 2009 that I went to Quicken for a loan, their staff and Representatives bent over backwards to make it happen. What this team did to get us our house and the closing on time was remarkable. I commend Quicken Loans and their team.
Once again in 2010 through unseen circumstances it became necessary to refinance my loan. Not knowing what step to take, It just so happened that I received a courtesy call from my Representative “Gerard Lemionet” about my first loan inquiring how everything was going. The timing could not have been better. I explained the situation to him and he immediately got the ball rolling. He worked very close with me and his help was very gratifing. There was no question to small or unimportant that he wasn’t willing to help. He is a people person. He cares and puts all his efforts forward for the customer. He is truly an asset to his company. I know now that my refinancing will go on smoothly. My peace of mind on this loan transaction has been a very valuable experience and I will highly recommend Quicken Loans and Gerard every chance I get.”

Quicken Loans Executes Tealeaf Customer Experience Management

Quicken Loans has been able to accomplish greater online revenues using Tealeaf’s customer experience management (CEM). Tealeaf allows Quicken Loans visibility into all online activity on our site. This includes diving into the client’s online experience, getting visibility into site errors and identifying impulsive user behavior that might prompt clients to abandon our site. Here is what Matt Cardwell, Quicken Loans, vice president of marketing, had to say:

Today’s review of the day is from Epinions member Penny_shore – “This past December my husband and I refinanced our home mortgage through Quicken Loans in order to take advantage of lower rates — while at the same time, reducing the term of our loan. The experience was entirely painless! What a wonderful way to refinance. Quicken Loans gave us the lowest rate available on our 20-year fixed loan (we know this because we checked with five other institutions), and the entire application and approval process was handled through email and express carrier. The only appointments that needed to be made were for an appraiser and a closing agent. Both of these individuals were arranged by Quicken Loans and worked within our time constraints. They each took less that one hour of our time to complete their work. And the closing agent came to our house. The agents with Quicken Loans were very thorough. As we progressed through the various phases of the application and approval process, each agent ensured that our transition to the next person was smooth and that there were no loose ends. The agents were in constant contact with us to let us know how the process was progressing and quickly returned emails and phone calls with thorough and complete answers to all our questions. I would highly recommend using Quicken Loans for any mortgage related work that you may need.”

Quicken Loans Thanksgiving Volunteer Effort

Quicken Loans Team Members, through the Quicken Loans Community DIFF program together with Lighthouse of Southeast Michigan, handed out 1,200 Thanksgiving dinners at All Saints Church in Pontiac Michigan. Over a hundred Quicken Loans team members volunteered as part of the effort to make sure less fortunate families would have all the food and fixings for a proper Thanksgiving dinner. These dinners were handed out to families of all sizes, ranging from one to ten members. It was a wonderful experience helping others and we all enjoyed ourselves.
