Today’s review of the day is from Epinion’s memeber Hcooper1 – “I recently refinanced my home mortgage with Quicken loans. I’ve owned several homes and this was by far the easiest mortgage process ever. I made a brief inquiry over the internet and was contacted by a representative. I almost hung up as I was being bombarded with calls from other institutes but their professional attitude and sincerity really caught my attention. From that point on, they walked me through each step. Most of the information was uploaded to Quicken but some items were faxed. When I did have questions, my loan advisor was always quick to call me back. He helped me change my current interest only loan in to a 30 fixed, with a lower rate and lower monthly payments. When it came time to close on my loan, Quicken sent me a package ahead of time to review and then had a notary public come to me, so I could finish my loan without having to take time off of work or drive across town. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Quicken Loans to anyone looking to refinance or purchase a new home! In fact, two of my friend are currently using Quicken Loans for their mortgage process and have had similar experiences!”
