Today’s review of the day is from Epinions member thegunman – “I decided to refinance my property for the purpose of eliminating my credit card debt. Credit cards have a much higher interest rate than the typical home motgage, and the credit card interest is not tax deductible. It also seems that credit card debt is used in determining your overall credit score, but home loans are not a part of that calculation. The more open credit card accounts that one has, the lower the credit score. I did not know anything about Quicken Loans before I chose them, but after a careful consideration (I received numerous on-line quotes from other loan companies) I chose Quicken Loans because of their lower interset rate. The loan process went very smoothly and Andrew Robinson, my loan specialist, was excellent in handling and processing this loan. He is very professional and courteous. If any information was needed that I did not supply with the original request, Quicken Loans has a website that can be used to upload the needed information to them. This was very helpful and enhanced our communication. Quicken Loans arranged for the house appraisal and the appraisal was completed promptly. I also received a copy of the appraisal report for my records. I am satisfied with my decision in selecting Quicken Loans for my refinancing needs and would recommend them to whoever reads this epinion, thanks!”
