Quicken Loans Review of the Day

by BetsyR on January 15, 2010

Smiling Family 2 300x199 Quicken Loans Review of the DayToday’s review of the day is from Epinions member mstandmrd – “We used Quicken loans to refinance our home at a lower interest rate. We talked to Chris Haneline for most of the refinancing procedures. He notified us through a phone call and through email. We had refinanced with Quicken Loans before so we knew most of what to expect. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. He updated us regularly on the progress of our loan and got back with us right away if we had questions or concerns. He was up front with us when the out of pocket amount changed to a higher amount due to paying off the old loan on a later date then was first discussed. We had refinanced our home before and used Quicken Loans and that is the main reason why we chose them again because of the satisfaction that we had the first time. We were also pleased that we could close at our own house instead of going to some office or bank and we were able to do it on a Saturday.”
