Today’s review of the day is from Epinions member steff6090 - “I was very skeptical when I received the letter in the mail saying that I might qualify for a mortgage balance reduction of at least $28,000, but the real surprise was when I actually got one for almost $200,000! I thought I was being scammed at first, I mean who has ever heard of such a drastic balance reduction? I tried not to get over excited. I also told several of my friends and co-workers what was happening and no one would believe me. Everyone that I worked with as well was so helpful and understanding (despite me asking the same questions over and over). Ali Paloni was the first person I had contact with and she suggested ways to raise my credit score so I could qualify. She also made arrangements for an appraiser to come out at no charge to me. Then my file went to Demetrus Stokes who helped me get all my paperwork in order and get me ready for closing. I finally received a call from the people who arrange the closings. They sent an agent to my home at my convenience to sign the papers. The agent was very friendly and stated that she had closed several loans for Quicken and has always had positive feedback. The best part of all is that I only owed $3.17 at closing. I have had several mortgages before with different companies but never experienced such a smooth process before. The whole thing happened so fast I am still in disbelief. Thanks again.”
