Quicken Loans $500 Home Buyer BonusHey home buyers!

You only have a few more weeks to qualify for the Quicken Loans $500 Home Buyer Bonus. The offer ends July 31, 2009, so if you want a $500 check and you want to take advantage of one of the best buyer’s markets in history, now is the time to get started buying your home.

You’ll need to have a purchase agreement signed and your loan application started by July 31 to qualify for the $500 bonus. There are no hidden fees or other added costs to make up for this. You simply get a mortgage and we’ll give you a check at closing.

And, if you’re a first-time home buyer, you can qualify for the First-Time Home Buyer Credit. Get a tax credit of up to $8,000 if you purchase a home before Dec. 1, 2009.

Keep in mind, both of these offers come at a time when housing prices are very low and mortgage rates are very low. You could say this is a perfect storm for great home buying. It truly is.

So, if you are thinking about buying a home, especially if you are first-time home buyer, now is the time. What are you waiting for?
