Quicken Loans Ism winner!

Each month an “Ism” is selected by our CEO, Bill Emerson. Team members are encouraged to nominate someone on their team that exemplifies this Ism. This month the winner was Bailey Arnold for the Ism “We are the They”!!!

What do you mean by Isms?

Some companies have mission statements, but at Quicken Loans we have a set of philosophies we call “Isms.” Our Isms help each of us be better at what we do and focus on acheiving our personal best. They help us conduct business in a way that benefits our teams as well as our clients.

What are the Quicken Loans Isms?

We have 18 Isms in all. You can see a full explanation on our Careers Website, but here are a few of my personal favorites.

  • Always raising our level of awareness.
  • Every client. Every time. No exceptions. No excuses.
  • It’s not about WHO is right, it’s about WHAT is right.
  • You’ll see it when you believe it.
  • Simplicity is Genius.
  • We’ll figure it out.
  • This month’s Ism Award Winner: Bailey Arnold

Congratulations to Bailey in our Arizona web center, who not only wins the esteem of her peers for exemplifying “We are the They,” but also $500 for being this month’s Ism winner!

    Bailey was nominated because she

Often will complete a task that perhaps others have been assigned in the name of providing strong internal customer service. She is a top performer, and handles the work load of two people and does it at a very high level.

Congratulations to Bailey! May we all learn from her example, and always give top service to each other, as well as our clients.
